I got hair line facture on my right thumb on the center part(IP joint). I want to know how many days it will cure. One orthopedic doctor suggested me to have thumb splint for 3weeks and it will cure by that period and also wrote pain killer for 10 days. Hello doctor,my father is suffering due to back pain ,leg pain from last 1 year.We consulted with spine specialist and X ray, MRI done.He suggested for microscopic lumber decompression surgery. I am little bit tensed because not sure whether my father will able to recover from surgery as his age is 60. I am looking for options to without surgery first.Can you advice on this ? Regards, Mayur
