Some people were saying about ACL tear, don't go for operation , because maximum knee operation are fails, and my mind are confused what am doing, please give some VALUABLE SUGGITION sirs and madams

Hi Doctor, Iam 32yr Male, I use to lift heavy weight , after a long time of gap I hit the gym and made mistake on lifted heavy weights on the first day , and had injury at my right shoulder, now have pain at front portion of my shoulder & sometimes it radiates to my biceps , I did all the test regarding my shoulder but show no pain at any direction of shoulder movements,only thing is the slight pain prolonging for 2 months, Have attached MRI for reference Please give your valuable suggestions, I wish go back to gym again, Thank you,

My mom had a pain in her knees for about 6 months. When the pain started my mom took it likely he doesn't give any attention to it, she seems that it is a normal pain and after one month when i take my mom to a hospital it is found in XRay that there is a gap in between knee joint my mom has been taking medicines since 5 months or more but the pain is not gone completely, doctor has also injects some expensive injections but the pain is still there. Please state me the methods to cure this.

I had an ACL reconstruction surgery and meniscetomy in Dec 2016. I followed all the advised physiotherapy. However with the start of new year, I started attending Zumba classes for health benefits. While doing one particular exercise, I felt a locking in the knee and intense pain followed. It has been 2 days, pain has reduced, but it is still there when I go for side movements. Should I go for a MRI?

Is there any permanent solution to survical pain, or just exercise will do the necessary.

Had an acl surgery 3 days back..got discharged today.. having a head ache whenever i stand and difficulty in urine initialisation.. is it because of the lower back anesthesia dat was given? When will it get normal? Resolution

I am 112kg morbid obese. I am 39 years old height 5 feet 7inches. I am not married, doing small business from home. I have Asthma, High BP Urticaria problems. I take following medicines: Azilday 40 mg and Stamlo 5 mg as given by Cardiac specialist. Telekast A and Asthalin rotohaler capsules to inhale given by Pulmonologist. Cetzine given by a General Physician. I get neck pain on bending the neck to watch You Tuber or smartphone for hours. If I walk my left side ankle pains. I have been operated for excess growth of bones in my childhood. What could be the problem? Help me. Ashwin
