Bone & Muscle problems

My mom (47yr old) is suffering from shoulder pain from 30days, as we consulted Orthopaedist yesterday we got know that it's Adhesive Capsulitis. He gave some medicines and adviced her to get Physiotherapy for 7-8 times. Since hospitals are too far from my place (village), Can the Physiotherapy be compulsorily done in hospital only ? or can it be done in home? If so how to do it? Kindly give us a best advice. Doctor report is attached.

I have been having inflammation in my feet since a month now and might be psoriatic arthritis. I have been advised to take pain killers but the pain and inflammation in not going away

My tailbone still has a horrible pain when standing up, sitting and walking. The pain went away for a few days when I wasn’t in school sitting in the hard chairs, now that I sat on the hard chairs again the pain is back, bad as before. Will this pain ever go away? Will I ever be able to sit on a hard surface again?

I am suffering from AS from last 5 years.I am taking diclomol pain killer daily to control my pain.I need relief and want to enjoy life as a normal people.

I have been having backpain since after my delivery.i feel pain in my back immediately after standing for half an hour.i can't sit or can't bend after standing for long time I.e more than 20min. I feel my back was stiffened if I try to sit. The same way, I can't stand immediately after sitting for long time. my back is not supporting.it takes minimum 5 minutes to set right my back. I can't lie down left side. if I try so, I feel pain in right side of the back. Can't bend in some postures.if I try to bend back, while combing my hair, I feel that my back is broken.i can't see upright position while the backpain persists. I can't hold anything tightly with my hand.if anything hits my arm, my arm turns into green and having pain for at least 4 days. I consulted an ayurvedic doctor and he said that I have issue in lumbar region. Please suggest me to get out of the pain.

Sir my father gets muscle cramps daily. At night its gets severe. What could be the problem? He has vitamin b12 deficiency but treatment for that purpose is going on.

I feel weakness in left lower leg , feeling of numbness below left knee , muscle around sheen bone ., very mild pain at left side of lower back. If I use clod compress at back , I get relief in back but numbness in lower leg is still there ,it started a week ago ., since last two days left knee stated paining. I don't have any health issues otherwise, please looking for help

I have a pain in entire left leg, it starts from the side of upper thigh and then ends at mid of the ankle and foot. Increase more when standing up or walking. Could not walk ot stand for more than 5-10 minutes. Please suggest some best solution, as I have tried stretching exercises and physiotherapy. Thanks in advance

I am having sever pain in my elbow since last 2 months and pain is getting unbearable day by day. I had injured my hand while my bike fell on the pillar in the parking area. It was not a major injury. I consulted a doctor and after checkup she said there is no fracture hence proscribed some medicine ... There was no relief so I went to doctor again ... This time took xray but there was nothing in xray image ... Again new medicine were proscribed. Now it been more than two months but no relief. And pain is increasing . pls help me with your expert advise. Thanks Anita

Since few days I am facing knee pain whenever I try to run. No problem while walking. And i am hearing some sound while doing sit ups.
