Bone & Muscle problems

I have been facing foot pain from 1 week. I dint face any injury and this pain i am facing all of a sudden.. i did uric acid test and it has come normal. When i use pain killers like zerodal it will be fine but i experience pain after 3-4 hrs. There is no swelling as well. Could you please suggest what will be the problem. I experience pain only when i walk.

I am a sportsperson, during a cricket match i dived to take a catch and landed on my soulder, later on same day i bowled with high speed arm swing, next day there was high shoulder pain and nearly nill movement in soulder. Its been almost a month and i am still in pain. Regularly massaging my soulder with pain relief cream but there is still some pain left. Please help.
