It still difficult to sit and walk
Had a mri report last Sunday and it says diffuse disc bulge with broad based left lateral recess herniation at l4 l5 level causing minimal impression and transferring left l5 nerve root

Don't do forward bending. Don't lie down over your left leg. Don't sit or stand for long hours ,if u are to do so then keep foot rest with you. If possible sleep on your stomach. Keep a pillow below ur leg so it is elevated a bit. Always turn and then get up from bed. Visit to ur near by physiotherapist for proper guidance for exercises.
