Diffuse Disc Bulge in L5 -S1
Mild disc bulge in L1-2, L2-3, L3-4, L4-5 and Diffuse disc bulge in L5 - S1 and this L5 - S1 diffuse will give what kind of pain and symptoms, is that will affect bowl control? please can you tell me what I can do for this, I have sivere pain and couldnt bend for a long time or sit for a long time, very much difficult, please tell me what I can do to get relieved from this. L1/2, 2/3 and 3/4 sinal canal diameters is around 8mm on MRI report. This is relative stenosis. Although no one can predict so as to when eventually you will loose bowel/bladder sensations, this depends on your lifestyle and modifications. If you have low back pain with radicular symptoms then you can choose surgical decompression over conservative as you are just 34.

Very difficult to comment with out seeing the film. But you should get better from your symptom with proper treatment and change of your lifestyle. Consult a good orthopaedic and take help from a physiotherapist
