I am waiting to be referred to a rheumatologist, I have a really painful ache in my left shoulder elbow hand and fingers and have been off work for 2 days. I am very fatigued too and have taken painkillers advised by the doctor yesterday but it seems to be getting worse. Is there anything I can do?

Patient Name- Mrs Ranjana B Patil Please find below diagnosis- #RT index finger bony mallet compound with crush injury.Debridement of wound over RT index finger +K wire fixatation for distal phalynx. Now she is having pain in that index finger and today noticed pus.we are at our home town so couldnt meet you at ur clinic.please suggest corrective action.

I have a small pain in my lower right abdomen when I bend over or when I push on it. It feels tight when pressed and is uncomfortable at night. What could this be and can it be resolved? Also I have no urinary problems either. Thanks
