Thank u very much Dr richa...but how long will it take to have regular mobility and for the pain in that region to go away ..also any tablet suggestion... however doctor to has advised powergesic and lyrica p are th3se good and right or any better suggestion

Back pain is not a condition to be dealt with medications but the only thing u can do is corrections on ur posture,some precautions and good back+ core+lower limb strengthening and stretching program that only ur physio can guide .
