Bone & Muscle problems

I am 28 years old male I have had previous problems with elbow was told to get tommy john surgery never did been playing adult softball recently about a month or more ago threw arm out now it hurts after almost two months from injury was in shoulder left there now in neck wondering what the hell it could be

I hurt shoulder pain eventually wen away now favoring shoulder area because of pain moved to neck felt around now I feel like I have cancer because of neck pain

I have two problems related to bone. my lower back has a severe ache for the past two month if i sleep i cannot change my side. It feels like baseless on the lower bone while i lay on bed or i need some pillow support at back when i sit. Another problem i had in my lower thumb is that 10 days earlier i had a pain at lower thumb part (near joint connecting thumb and wrist ) it swollen two days back and stiffs the thumb moment. Additional: Since past 1 and half yr i had joint pain in diff parts

My left shoulder is paining a lot . To lift it 45 degree from my lower body is bit difficult , it pains a lot . Sometimes I need support from my right hand to lift it . One thing if I want to rotate it clockwise it pains but rotating it anti clockwise is ok .

I'm priyanka. I fell from bike and got my left knee a small fracture and ligament tear on Oct 15th. It was cured 90% and my marriage was on Nov 22nd and 23rd. I was standing and took bit strain. I was taking medicines and was advised to stop 3weeks back. Again it didn't cure still. Now it's been around 4months and still I'm having some pain in my knee. I'm regularly using knee cap except while sleeping. Do I need to undergo any surgery or how long it might take to cure. I'm scared a lot. Can you please suggest me Wat to do

I was having body aches for the past one month and i got my vitamin d levels checked which were only 8ng/mol.so i am fearing that could the pain be due to fibromyalgia or it is due to vitamin d deficiency. What should be my dosage now and how long the pain Will subside Please help

I have told all my tests I have gone through, i have pain in my legs lower hack, and now in neck as well there are some points in back which pains a lot... I feel vertigo these day's, my feet get swollen while standing for long time.. I have pain in my wrist as well, I feel difficulty while writing...difficulty in having dry food without liquid.. plz tell me what all these problems related to... I have already listed my tests in description box...

Can I crawl after acl2 injury I went through physiotherapy after that. It has been 5 months.

15 years ago left hand injured , elbow operation , now hand bent , slightly strength loss , am I eligible for 40% handicap person

I have a complete ACL tear, i need ACL reconstruction surgery,  but how many days I will be recovered , please give some valuable instructions
