Knee pain on both legs
I am 35-36, and have pain in my knees. when i go up on stairs makes me very painful. what are the lab tests should i do to check my problem. uric acid or others? and what to eat and not to eat and medicines?

First u consult to ortho dr.. This might b condramalacia pettella.. Have physiotherapy sessions to get strength and fix the pain and inflamation.
