I have lower back pain, i have consult doctor and he said that there was spine disk pain. He has suggested me to take rest for 20 day after that I had good relief but still there is pain after 2 months. So how much time require to get back to my normal life.

Had t-bone car accident at low speed two weeks ago. When GP was checking my neck he palpated my spine. Was tender on one spot between the shoulder blades. That is now gone. Should i be concerned?
