Hello Doctor, Last 3 months back I had n injury which caused me l4 l5 disc bulge I was on complete rest now after a recovery I got vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency I feel tired after some long walk n my muscles start paining and also a pinch in my upper and lower back

Very much difficulty to standup after sitting,pain in waist.please suggest to which specialised Dr. I have to consult ?

What is the treatment for grade 2 signal changes in posterior horn of medial meniscus . Does it heal itself if i do rest and ice

I had blood work 6 months go and my results said I had very low vitamin d. I started 1 a day and I could not tell a difference. I one day got the idea to take 5 for a day and I noticed a huge improvement with various joint pain. I don’t have pain while squatting, my hands stop hurting in the cold, I am able to be on my feet for hours at a time with no pain, and my various hip pain disappeared without a trace. I was very concerned about overdosing everyday. One pill is vitamin d3 1000iu.
