I have been suffering from ASO titer since 2013 and to my lucky on 22nd March, 2014. I have diagnosed as positive patient and took penidure 12 injection around 5 for 10 days. But today after 3years I'm suffering in a same way so, Sir, What will be the further remedies shall I go?

I was having a pain in my lower back since long. I went to a Orthopedic and he advised for the surgery ,resulted to diagnose a reduced GAP between the last 2 cords. Doctor suggested the pain may be because of this issue and as this is a mechanical problem hence we cant do anything except being careful. Please advise what best I can do to get rid.
