Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain in my bones and below the ribs of both side..my vitamin d level is 10.7 nd uric acid level 7.4. I am taking 60k vit d from 30 days nd febuxostat 40mg from 10 days.. But no relief in my pain ..so what can I do

Pulse in the neck and upper thorax when lying flat or sides .I can feel it at my digits too.

I slipped on ice last yr walking into work. It did not hurt much, i am more embarrassed than anythhing at the time! My work sent me to a doctor to get checked out. She had my move it around and said it was a sprain, and to exercise moving it and it will get better. Mnth or so laterbit hurt so bad i would limp as my job involves me on my feel almost all day. It eventually stopped hurting out of no where! Now almost an exact yr later it has started hurtimg out of no where im in horbl pain pls help

I had a ligament sprain 2 months back and it still pains if I walk for long time or stand, what should I do?

I have back pain since a very long time before it was normal if I rest it could go but if I bent or do work standing for few minutes my back start pain.
