Forearm lump
Hi I’m 22 years of age and every time I flex my right forearm there is a lump in my arm that only shows when I flex. Lately my arm has been feeling weird ever since I noticed it. I’m eating fine not sick so I wouldn’t assume it’s the worst just wondering what it is. About 2 cms big

⢠Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment shoulder is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the shoulder with ice water.
