My wrist and forearm are quite thin bone density is quite low. I did vitamin d and calcium tests... They are borderline normal.. I take calcium supplements do weight training.. But not getting quite the strenght i want in my forearm.. What can i do?

Qhat weight training exercises you do?
And what calcium supplements do you take?
