Low bone density forearm
My wrist and forearm are quite thin bone density is quite low. I did vitamin d and calcium tests... They are borderline normal.. I take calcium supplements do weight training.. But not getting quite the strenght i want in my forearm.. What can i do?

Hello there What exactly do you mean by thin? Like the girth of your wrist and forearm is less or you have less muscle mass on it? Qhat weight training exercises you do? And what calcium supplements do you take? Get back with answers to the above queries and all proper symptoms so that proper treatment plan can be started. Regards
