15 days ago I fall from stairs and hurted in knee in MRI doctor say that my Acl has completely burst tear. What is its cure?

I have a constant dull & mild type of chest pain from november last year after a spell of vigorous cough. it is still there. i feel the pain in sternum & manubrium and recently in upper back & under shoulder blade. my chest x ray % usg reports are normal. my dr asked me to take uprise d3 60k once a week for 8 weeks. i also have nasal tone & occasional wet cough since then. what is it? what could be the remedy? or which specialist doctor i would visit? thanks in advance sir.
