Sir last 3 months I was suffering from back pain and sir it is moving...sir I do exersice regularly and sir for my job I do bike riding ...sir how can I solve this problem??

Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio. Once pain settled do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
