I noticed some decreases in my height min 0.5cm so i reffered to doctor and I just got my mri and it says that there is loss of cervical lordosis... Can it is the reason for loss of my height... Please help me I am 19years old

If you have problems, then do neck and upper back exercises. In that case loss of cervical lordosis indicates spasm which may be due to injury, or PIVD.
