I have been diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency. I have 119pg/ml of b12. What shall I do ? I have been asked to take injections .. is it safe ?

I am having pain in my lower backbone from last 15-20 days. It has gradually increased. I have history of having back pain last time I had back pain 2.5 years back where I have to rest for 5-6 days.

Dear sir, my daughter who is 9 years old having whole body pain for more than 1 mth ard. The pain started with her leg big muscle and within 3 days the pain cover up her whole bdy muscle. Then her joint started to pain, follow by stomachache until vomitting. Onsult to hospital under pedia, neoro, otho and physio. Run through blood test (result high in esr, eisinophil and banophil) CTD test all negtive, xray show no bone problem. May i know if there is any diagnosis i should bring her to? Thanks

My MRI report says that disc protrusion at L1-L2 & L2-L3 level causing mild compression of thecal sac and impingement of left traversing nerve roots this is my problem.I have contacted an ORTHO he said for 1 month i give medicine if it not decrease surgery needed . I'm in that course but my pain not decreasing but some doctors suggested me not take surgery it effects in future. Ankle and surrounding area is swollen and paining very much. Difficult in walking. Not able to stand on left leg.

Date of injury : April 16, Had swollen ligament n locked knees then With exercises n rest it reduced, I was feeling better n could go upstairs n downstairs without any problem. Past a month due to my hectic schedule from morning to evening , m having knee pain n swelling as well , please advise and the pain is increasing with swelling as well. Kindly suggest , what should I do
