Bone & Muscle problems

I am getting a lot of pain in my elbow even as I am lifting a water bottle...same pain when I pinch with my thumb and index finger.... applied lot of sprays and pain killing tablets....the pain get back...please help.

Their is joint pain in my father's legs . He has uric acid problem too.This pain issue is from 2-3 year .

I undergone spine surgery in Oct 2006 L4-L5 Laminectomy, L4-L5 and L5-S1 Discectomy and L4-L 5. Presently iam suffering from pain at lower back and MRI done on 16/02/18, and study shows that Left subarticular disc protrusion noted at L5-S1 causing sever impingement over the traversing nerve root at that level Sir what is the treatment for the problem

I had a sudden pain in my knee while playing football. It was diagnosed as muscle strain and was recommended 3 weeks rest. After a month, I started playing again and I had a sudden pain again in my knee. The attending physician took an x-ray and told me that there is no problem in the bones. But I still have pain when I felt my knee.

Recently one of my friend (female, 29 years) started having pain and swelling in her hands and feet. It is very difficult for her to fold her hands or use them to lift stuff. When I touch my knee, under the skin if feels swishy and separated, and there are some lumps that move when I touch them, it doesn’t hurt now, i have noticed it occasionally over the years I felt it ages ago then it went away.
