Dear doctor please help me iam a poor man from attur salem tamilnadu my mother got heavy cervical pain i will go for treatment some orthopedic doctors they told me it is cervical spondylosis some days the pain was very high she use cervical coller also she became normal before a week now she do some work(wait) on head again pain was come and spreaded to her shoulder kindly give some suggestion to cure my mother s problem

I am already taking vitamin b12, d3 and calcium for few months now as prescribed by my doctor and I was fine. But from past 10 days I feel fatigue and there is loss of appetite. I am having pins and needles pain throughout my body. I feel nausea many times in a day. There is dull pain in my whole body. I am unable to do exercise anymore. If someone touches my arm, it hurts and pains for a while. What could it be?

Unable to bend knee much. Painful each time when have to put weight on leg or gave to get up. Limbing when pain becomes severe. I have morbid obesity. Already on diet for weight loss.

Will swimming reduce the knee pain? For how long we should continue it in order to reduce it. Is it completely curable?
