I was dancing and my kneecap popped out. I had to put it back into place. It swelled and has been painful since. I put ice on it and took Advil. I've had an ankle sprain on my right leg.. Its been 2-3 weeks... And the swelling comes and goes.. There is no pain i can walk without any pain...
