I have a strange feeling in buttocks and legs if I keep my leg in ground while sitting which makes me unable to sit .. if I sit in swing and moving keeping my legs up I don't feel like this. But sitting in chair I am unable to sit .pain in legs and hip while walking .pls prescribe any tablet to solve this proble while sitting

I got inflammation in my jaw joints. Initially it started with right side then progresses to left side in 3.5 months, I'm on regular medication but no relief. Right side TMJ joint is detected  hypermobile & slight dislocation on opening of mouth. However, dislocation is not confirmed yet as more clinical findings are required to conclude. I've consulted multiple docs including ENT & dental surgeon, some prescribed joint injection, some suggested orthodontic treatment(braces), surgeries etc. I'm feeling really hopeless as I'm unable to recover from it. It's painful medical condition impacting my daily routine like difficult to eat, laugh, speak. I'm in need of some permanent solution which can cure the root cause, not a temporary relief. Could you please suggest the exact treatment required to fix this medical condition.
