Bone & Muscle problems

My friend got into a bike accident a week ago. He is suffering from a broken clavicle as well as a crack in his scapula. He has an injury from impact on the area joining arm and shoulder which is healing well. Right now he is having acute muscle pain covering his shoulder and arm..specifically deltoid area as well as scapula. There is also swelling along with the pain. Is there a reason why the pain is quite bad and it is swelling? Also what are the remedies to soothe the pain because even the prescribed pain killers arent he lping much. Thank you

I went for dressing of a knee wound at a private clinic, Doctor consulation fees were 500, I am fine with that. But they charged 1000 RS for dressing. I had the same dressing at Manipal hospital, they charged around 250. What should I do in this case.

I am 19,i have undergone surgery for distil end radius fracture with k wire,have cast for 1 month any precautions during this period..? How much time will be required to go back to sports and daily life routine,is physiotherapy required..?

I met with an accident on January 04, 2018 and tibia and fibula of my right leg got fractured. So surgery was done on January 05 and rod was inserted.now I am waking with the help of walker and doctor suggested me to go for 30% weight bearing on my right leg. She. Kindly advise when I can go for full weight bearing and I am planning to join office from next month march .can I do that??
