Tennis elbow. Not cured after 12 months. Rest has been provided plus tennis elbow wrap was put up.

My father suddenly met with an accident as he is drive the bike and suddenly the bike is slip so my father fall down to earth and he put his right hand to balance so now he has a pain in this arm that he couldn't lift his right hand upto a certain level. We also consulting a Ortho doctor he take the x-ray and says that there is a fracture in rotator cuff as shown in below x-ray images. Please suggest me what to do right now... please reply immediately.

Hello, I had been diagnosed with Gout in Germany with a Uric acid level of 10.. and was put under medication. Alopurinol 300mg for 1year. Now my uric acid levels have come down to 6.5 and doctor has advised me to take Alopurinol 100mg. I was consulting doctor in Germany. But now am in India and have not consulted any doctor. Could you please let me know how long should I continue this medication? Also are there any side effects due to this medicine? Please advice.
