Bone & Muscle problems

Got a complete body check up done. Please suggest remedies for the same (reports attached) do we further need to investigate causes of high alkaline phosphate or is it because of low vit D (current level: 10) How to get ldl back to normal? For low vit D, should she have 2 shots of 6lac units in next 15 days followed by normal supplements?

Injection shots of synvisc one is good option for remedy or pls suggest cheaper ones. Pls check attached x ray report and give your valuable feed back for remedies

I'm having lower back pain since last 2-3 days. I feel it is not muscle pain, but related to bones. I'm doing stretching everyday 2 times. But still the pain is not going. Please suggest.

Well it's my right shoulder. The pain goes between my collar bone and the joint at my shoulder. It can been really sharp or really dull depending...but lately it's just been a sharp pain. Sneezing hurts. I can't comfortably move my arm past about level of my shoulder without pain. I can't even grab my hair from my left side to move it all to the right for like a half shave without pain.And I've had the pain for about a week
