In coccydynia there is no food restriction. Try: 1. Sitz bath ( A tub of hot water with dettol in which affected are has to be dipped in- 10 mins twice daily) for 10 days. 2. Medications like Enzomac, Tendocare and Ceftum will help. 3. Sit on a soft pillow or coccydynia pillow.
Health Tips
Coccydynia takes time for recovery- 4-6 weeks but if you do not take adequate measures, it has a strong tendency to either recur or resist recovery. Mainstay of treatment is to relieve pressure off the inflamed coccyx.

It's mainly the pressure that you need to remove from the painful part when sitting, which will help. Not much to do with diet or activity
Next Steps
use a ring pillow of cushion to help keep the coccyx out of contact when sitting
Health Tips
takes time to heal, months, you may need an injection at the coccyx later if it doesn't get better
