Respected doctor for this coccydynia I have tried using every sort of treatment be it ice treatment soft pillow while sitting,if I use soft pillow then entire pressure comes to my buttock region due to which the entire pressure shifts to my buttock region, as per xray report i have type 2 coccyx , and a clinical condition called retro metalisthesis in 2nd coccygeal segment

Don’t worry if you get buttock pressure if you take away pressure on coccyx pain will reduce

You should use round pillow instead of soft pillow that will be available on amazon app or any other pharmacy store . Do sitz bath that is you have to sit in a tub of luke warm water for 15 min twice daily Tab zerodol -MR twice daily for 5 days Tab calcium once daily for 30 days Tab pan 40 mg before breakfast for 5 days
