Knee pain on both legs
I had medial meniscus tear, then I went for operation last 5 years back. Now I have same type of problem in both the knees. What is the cause? How to cure it?

Mri of both knee. Start quadriceps exercises and meet physiotherapist

Hi, it is better to consult sports surgeon. You need further evaluation. You might need repeat MRI scan. Do quadriceps exercise regularly. If it is degenerate meniscal tear don’t go for surgery unless very symptomatic even after exercise. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B , Thorraipakkam, Chennai
