Knee Muscle cramp
5 days before when I'm getting down from trekking, I didn't landed my leg properly at one point I got slight pain in left knee, the pain got relieved gradually. Then yesterday I had trekking, I jumped from 5 ft, then I got knee pain heavily, I still have some knee pain. I can't bend or release my leg comfortably. By the way it didn't got swell. Can I know what is the best pain relief or any suggestions to get out of it.

Hi. There could be an injury to your ligaments or tendon. It's certainly not a muscle cramp.
