Knee pain when.running and trekking
Feel pain near left knee while trekking and running. Most of the normal days don't fell any pain . It's only during activities when I put more pressure on knee.

Activities like running and trekking needs strong leg and thigh muscles. If u have weakness in any of these muscles u experience pain. So focus on strengthening quadriceps , hamstrings and calf muscles. Also start stretching sessions after ur activity.
