Health Tips
apply ice and strength your quads muscle and hamstring using theraband
It seems like patellofemoral pain syndrome, which may or may not have progressed to chondromalacia patella.
Considering your age, I’ll also keep Osgood–Schlatter disease as a differential.
For now, avoid squats, running, and stairs. Apply ice twice daily and start physiotherapy focusing on quadriceps strengthening, stretching of the hamstrings .
Get a knee X-ray (AP, lateral, and skyline view) for further evaluation
Next Steps
Avoiding activities that worsen pain
Continue Physiotherapy
Get x ray knee
