Asked for male, 32Years I had pain and swelling in my knee from 2 months. Doctor Rx only glucosamine and L carnitine, my uric acid is 7 and CRP and cut D is also normal. But in X Ray I was diagnosed gap between the knee bones.. Is it totally recoverable with medicine n knee cap or not. Will I suffer with pain whole life.. What r the other methods to cure this other than medicine n knee cap.. pls let me know gap bw knee is recoverable.

Sir, I have been experiencing a left arm pain specifically between the left shoulder and elbow and also in the shoulder area while walking. When I did the TMT Test a mild positive response was found because I couldn't continue walking in the treadmill for last few seconds, the pain started occurring. Kindly suggest.
