Bone & Muscle problems

I am doing gym from last two year. We do so many jumps there. From last one month I feel pain in my left knee. My weight is 63,height 5feet. Is gym is responsible for my pain?

I have sent a xray report of my fracture toe it's had been one month and I have an second xray of the toe by seeing it kindly tell me what activities can I do I m in fifth week of. Recovery time

I had fractured my fibula and went for a cast though the doctor has suggested a surgery. Now the bone has heard fine and I have removed the cast.. however I have developed discomfort in my ankle and swelling around it even after 2 weeks of cast removal. Cast was on for 5 weeks. How long would it take for my leg to be normal as I still have a limp due to ankle pain. Pls advise

No any other treatment. No any other problem But my abdomen is uncomfortable condition. Eating food, problem is highly appreciated.

I was detected with Hoffa's fat pad burst and significant effusion into the joint capsule on Dec 21st. Since then, I have been applying ice, massaging my knee etc. I was also taking Coerip tablets for a month. The pain has not reduced. Want to know the recovery time.

My mother is suffering from osteoporosis in the knee. Her hb level I below normal and also suffering from thyroid. Please suggest on the above situation. She has been suffering from osteoporosis for past 6 years and have low access to sun as she does not leave home a lot.
