Bone & Muscle problems

About 6-9 months ago, I twisted my ankle while running. The pain was intense for only a moment and I was able to keep running. It was tender for several weeks (mainly bothering me when I tried to sit "Indian style" and the weight of my leg rested on my ankle.) It slowly improved and I continued running regularly. But recently the arch of my foot has started hurting with the pain radiating up around my ankle. It has progressed from hurting only while running to any time I walk. Is this related?

I have pain in right hand wrist near root of ring and pinky fingers since two months due to heavy lifting (stone about 20 kg). I hope pain go away itself but it not. Recently i visited orthopaedic surgeon. They physically examine my hand and told that i have ligaments sprain. They suggest me some anti inflammatory tablets, Gel and wrist band. I rest my hand for 15 days and take medication. But still i have pain while twisting the hand and lifting weight. Please help

Hi Sir, I have met with an accident on 8th October,2017 and got Humerus fractured completely on right hand. I have been treated with ORIF surgery. Then I went to clinic for follow ups. On 18th December 2017, slight deviation is noted in my bone. Doctor said this is acceptable and there is no need for reoperation. It's been 5 months right now and there is no visible callus formation on fracture sight. The fracture line is still visible. I went to my doctor yesterday. He said wait for 3 months more...it is case of delayed union...he said There is clinical union because there is no pain at fracture sight and I'm able to move my hand efficiently. I have no such movement restriction around fractured sight. Could u tell me sir...that how much time it will take to heal...is there any need for CT scan to examine exact extent of bone healing...and is there any chance for reoperation. I have been attaching my x-rays for each follow-up in ascending order. Thank you.

From last 1week i have body ache a lot.. pls suggest me wat to do??I can't even sleep..

Hello, I have already posted the querry. I am a home maker and usually I tend to stand for around 3-4 hours daily + 2hr of walk + 30-40min of standing sitting work out. I could not reply to the querry on the existing link hence posting the same here. Also after getting hit by a wooden furniture on the pain area it is tingling from calf muscle to the toes of my leg. She is having pain in her hand muscle since 2 months, had muscle relaxants and pain killer earlier. We did xray and the reports were normal. Now we did some test of calcium, uric acid, Ra factor and vitamin d, 25 hydroxy serum, the results are below: Ra factor: non reactive Uric acid: 4.9mg/dl Serum calcium: 8.6 mg/dl Vitamin D 25-hydroxy serum: 56.22 nmol/L Please suggest remedial solution

Is there any scope that in 2-3 months...callus formation is visible...is it possible that...inner soft callus is formed...and in 2-3 months...hard callus will also visible...is it possible that due to deviation in saggital plane...union is delayed...is there any solution without surgery
