Hello madam,    Congratulations. Peri natal low back pain is very normal in every pregnancy, it's most commonly due to calcium and vitamin d deficiency. With a baby growing inside you and later breastfeeding you need additional calcium supplementation which our Indian scenario is most commonly not maintained. Take good rest and these drug supplementation and you'll feel better in few weeks. Please don't use any medication for pain as most of the NSAIDs are not good for the baby. Thank you all the best

First of all congratulations. Back pain is very common post delivery. Better to start its management now than late. Baby will always be your priority but do take out time for yourself. Visit nearby physiotherapy centre for back pain management. You can also start yoga . it will surely help. If its difficult for you to move out of house , you can also opt for home services for physiotherapy or yoga classes at home. All the best
Next Steps
act now
Health Tips
