Acl tear in my knee
Sir, I am Arun from kerala of 21 years of age. A month ago I had an accident during a football match, my knee had injured and I can't not able to walk at that time. I had treatment from a local vaidyar in my home town. Now I am able to walk slightly but there is swelling in my knee.. I am not able to bend my knee completely.. I have pain in knees both end joints.. What to do to have full recovery from this??

Mri must to see ligament injury. If ligament injury then follow Physiotherapy or surgery according report.

Get a MRI done to confirm ligaments involved. Plan for surgery (Arthroscopic Repair or reconstruction) to get best results.
