My father is now 65 years old,has sever neck pain and knee pain,is cold laser treatment effective for his age?and is it safe?since he doesn't want to go for any surgery.

I got my knee injured while playing soccer, 4 months back..I was a bit careless through out..though i consulted a doctor who recommended to take Lacartiz and CC8 tablets, it got way better after this medication but i didn't took medicines regularly and my knee hurts even now..just after waking up in morning or running etc.. please recommend something. I had an accident on my left leg joint when I was 11.Then I had operation on my leg and plate were fitted on my leg. Now I'm 18 I didn't remove the plate. Problem is my left leg growth was smaller than right leg.Is it possible for growth after removing plate.
