Bone & Muscle problems

Had excruciating pain cause of dislocated hip. Got it fixed by a physiotherapist. Wanna know if I need to rest for some time or can I continue with usual chores? It isn't paining now though.

I am having fracture in my fifth metatarsal. It has been 3 weeks. And having k wire surgery. My doctor suggest me to do rest for 6 weeks. I want to know that from when I can do exercise? May I wear heels? If yes than from how many months I can wear? I want to know that from when I can start wearing sport shoes and from when I can run ?

The muscles in my hands cramp up and pull my fingers out of socket what could be causing this.

In rainy season I fall down in standing position then it hurts my Buttock now a days it increases bad wen I am driving my bick

She had a problem of both knee joints pain.She had done a xray and ruled out of grade 4 osteoarthritis.Now she is taking jointace c2 tablet and before that she had taken collaflex and osteoplus tablet.She had also done wax bath physio for 20days.Buy still she had tremendous pain.Doctors suggests knee replacement.So please suggest any medicine that would be beneficial for this problem otherthan TKR because we dont want to do knee replacement Thank you

Well, I have been playing soccer for w while now but started having problems with my tibia. About a month ago I fractured my fibula and my old dr decided to put me a cast which I was meant to have for 4 weeks. I went to a new dr and he said the cast was not necessary so he got the cast off 2 weeks earlier and so I rested for 2 weeks. Then I started to practice again a week ago because this week I had a tournament but last Sunday I made a wrong move and felt that I worsened my previous fracture.

Which exercise i prefer for lumbosacral strain which give me quick reliefs ?

My mother suffering from joint pains after a viral fever from the last 3 months.we undergone Ra factor test and it is negative.kindly advice what to do now
