I'm siting long time i.e. 12 hr. last 1 year i'm feeling knee joint pain sometimes.But after siting only 15 to 30 mins then when i gonna stand up i cant, my legs becomes paralized so that i cant stand properly for 2-3 mins even after siting short-term , this is very irritating me around people , also my legs ( toe to thigh ) becomes vibrating i.e. zing zing . what to do plz help with any exercise or foods or medicine ?
