Hi, I am A Software Engineer and i have to work by sirring more than 8 to 10 hours, And also our great bumping road i am suffer from lower back pain since last 2 to 3 days, Please suggest me for same

I have some back pain. Ct scan result is- CT findings are suggestive of L5-S1 disc protrusion, indenting the thecal sac and the bilateral S1 nerve roots.

Hellow doctor I am suffering with L5S1 I don't want surgery how to face this problem

Cricket Ball hit my ring finger 3 years ago.. and thee top joint of the finger is bigger amd o can't fully fold the upper part of the finger! after these 3 years is there anything I can do?

I had a fracture in my 4th toe 1 year back. But it still pains at that spot while jogging or if i drive for long hours. Is it normal?. How can i heal it?

I had an accident one month ago. I fall down on the floor of my room with all the weight of my body in the lower part of my knee of right leg and now i can feel pain when I bend it, e.g. while sitting normally on a chair or sitting in a japanese manner or while in latrine. After sitting in any of these manners i can not easily make the leg straight. I am feeling pain while making it straight or while stretching it. I applied volini and a painkiller oil also but all in vain. Please suggest me sir or mam what to do now.

I am having a lower back pain since last two days. It started when I was putting a Carton box inside my Car.

Two MRIs attache d , in one MRI site partial. ACL tear dated 6 jun 16 and n other MRI shows patellar tendon tear Feb 17 , what should I do ?? Presently having continuous knee pain with difficulty on stairs , sitting cross legged and using Indian toilet , should I go for surgery out continue with physiotherapy ???

Hai based on the xray taken i've been diagnosed with l5 sacralised. Have consulted the ortho specialist and was told that the reason for my prolonged back pain was due to inflammation of ligaments. Will this continue throughout my lifetime?
