Bones pain
When I run I feel so much pain in my leg.  I have to run daily in the race. The pain is in the bone down the knees and up to my ankles.

Visit an orthopaedic near you. He may suggest some tests to be done. Might be your vitamin d is less which might be causing pain but physical evaluation by doctor will give you more relevant diagnosis. Thank you
