Hey doctore m prashant m very emotionally touch with mah grnad moher pain . She is having a pain in hips as ther is gap in hips she is having too much oain please giv the solution .. is it recoverable and her age is above around 80

it might be arthritis of hips. if you would like to rule out arthritis with gap - she can have injection in as diagnostics first. if it helps good - she may need THR. consult ortho doctor
