Hello madam,
Your complaints point towards 2 diagnoses, one being plantar fasciitis other being retro calcaneal bursitis. Both are initially managed conservatively with medication and physiotherapy. Would be best to consult an orthopaedic surgeon ASAP.
Next Steps
use the following tabs by the time you meet an orthopaedic surgeon
1) Tab. Indomethacin 75 mg BD*15days
2) Tab. Etoshine MR BD*15 days
3) Tab. Pan 40mg BD* 15 days
Health Tips
put your feet in Luke warm water bucket and exercise your ankles and feet for 15 min thrice a day. Use soft slippers all times. Hope you get well soon, take care.
