Shoulder and collarbone swelling
A few days ago I hit my shoulder . Now my shoulder and collar bone are both bigger than my other collar bone and shoulder . I have no pain at all .

Get x-rays done to rule out fracture. Apply ice packs localhost to reduce swelling.

Hello sir,         It's better you meet an orthopaedic surgeon and go for an x-ray. Acromo clavicular joint injuries usually present the way you're saying here. Needs to be ruled out.
Next Steps
Use some ice compression to reduce the swelling and tab Etoshine MR BD*5 days.

• Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Gentle Neck Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side. • Warm up and cool down is a must.
