Hello madam,        U need a personal thorough evaluation. Meet an orthopaedic surgeon. Stage 2-3 AVN will progress to more worse so finally would need total hip replacement. You can delay by using bisphosphonate tablets and core decompression surgery which is a minor surgery.
Next Steps
start over tablet Alendronate 70 mg once a week for 8 weeks, to be taken early morning empty stomach. We'll see how you progress over this. Kindly try meeting nearby Ortho surgeon ASAP.
Health Tips
avoid squatting, using indian toilet, sitting cross legged. Do some hip and knee ROM exercises. All the best we're with u always

Changes in AVN are irreversible, treatment plan needs to be decided after clinical examination, x-ray changes and expectations of the patient. There are some joint preserving surgeries but ultimately u may need a hip replacement.

I would say u need to consult a good orthopaedics surgeon to know are able to do your minimum basic day to day life like taking care of your baby without having a lot of pain. If so then just go on physiotherapy until even a single step is pain
