I sprained my ankle like a month back and today I feel a little better I was doing ankle exercises like moving my ankle in a circle the one of my veins started moving now I’m scared please help

Left Arm having constant pinch type pain Mainly from shoulder to elbow its feel more in cold weather and A.C due to this sometime suddenly causing backache too.

Mri Knee reveals impression as: 1.Bucket handle tear of lateral meniscus with displacement and crowding of bucket fragment in intercondylar notch with thinning and maceration of parent fragment 2.Moderate joint effusion 3. Grade I/II tear/sprain of medial collateral ligament along the femoral attachment 4.Grade II horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus 5.Fluid with hyperintense signal seen along the myotendinous region of popliteus muscle suggestive of sprain WHAT TREATMENT TO DO? It's my previous question against which I rec'd answer here as below: You need arthroscopic surgery ... Meniscectomy and debridement as soon as possible. My next question as below: Right now still swelling in my leg knee and I also unable to fold leg completely? Under this circumstances can I go for the surgery??

My friend limps..which category of doctors should he visit..while he walks it seems he is getting disbalance and not walk properly..

My wight is 71kg, age 33year. I was playing badminton at rough and smooth ground since 6years ago. Now these May month contact to Orthopaedician , advised me , knee osteochondritis in both legs. I slipped and twisted my ankle, intial there was pain for the first couple of days, now the pain is minimal but the swelling is still there, it did reduce initially but as I have to go to office, it seems to increase again. It has been approx a week now.

Hi Dr, I had a muscle tear at either side s of  knee I took for 15 days to recover now it's been 4 months but still I feel the inflexible during bike riding especially when I control the bike during signal .i had physiotherapy treatment but is this natural or should I do anything else kindly suggest.

My grandfather is 76 year old he can't stand or sit because of his back pain. Doctor suggests lumber spine surgery. Is it ok for him as he is very weak.
