Hi I have lower back pain. So doctor ask me to take blood test of Hb , HLA b27 , ESR, CRP, Sera uric acid. Where Hb , HLA b27 , ESR are normal. But crp blood test and value of crp is 16. Same like Sera uric acid is 8.1. What is remedy to come out from this lower back pain. Please help me to reduce this and hope that due to this am getting lower back pain.

I am 29 years old. I am a dance teacher by profession, from last few days my knees pain. (when I bend them). I drink milk everyday. I am a pure vegetarian. What can be the reason behind it and what medicines can I take to get rid of it. Plz help.

I went to pull myself back on my bed yesterday morning and my wrist went sideways and popped. I immediately grabbed my wrist because I was in pain. Since then I have iced it, elevated it, tried to put it in my wrist brace. I can’t seem to get comfort. I have swelling going down my arm and some in my fingers. Every time I move my fingers there is a sharp shooting pain that goes from my wrist bone all the way to the middle of my arm. What did I do?
