Right hand is not working properly fingers are trembling weakness in hand not able to hold anything

Hello, When i wake up there's little stiffness in my left hand pinky finger ... and whenever i wakeup no matter after a quick nap or after 3-8 hours ... there's always a headache in dizziness... headache is really severe... right knee joint stiffness and little pain is also there ... and on arm greater tub area near shoulder is hurting. ....i got rheumatoid factor test and uric acid and cbc it was all normal... .. i dont know what it is ... someone please help for the gods sake... please... it will only take your little time but it might help me... I request pls help...

My colleague in the US is suffering from severe gout for 15 years. Here are the gout meds he tried for years and recently but produce bad side effects for him. 1. Colchicine 0.6 MG 2. Allopurinol 100-300 MG. 3. Uloric 40 MG 1 & 2 was prescribed over 15 years ago.  He took them for 4 years and stopped because his arms/leg got num and gout attacks continued.  He started taking them again 2 months ago but stopped them 2 days ago for the same reasons. He tried #3 uloric  5 months ago but stopped due to dizziness and headache side effects He's desperately looking for good guidance to solve this problem. Please help .

Sir, I am suffering from knee joint problem, feels chronic pain & difficulty in walk,swelling, plz sir advice me.

Got an MRI of knee after accident it is mentioned subchondral fracture , ACL Partial tear, mild strain in quadriceps and patellar tendon, and bone bruise. Even after a week I have difficulty in walking and cannot climb stairs normally. Kindly suggest remedy.

Fall down from bike and below knee part got swelling with heavy pain. It was happened today morning. I haven't taken any medications.

Hi the last 2 weeks I've been experiencing body aches. My collarbone hurts radiating down my arms. My lower back hurts radiating to my hips, thighs, buttocks. I've been feeling some nausea the last 4 months following a gastro virus. My last blood test showed sight elevated crp levels. My body feels weak.
