Requires surgery. But as you are 52, female you can getaway without surgery if you lead a sedentary lifestyle. But if you are active and having major instability issues, then consider arthroscopic fixation.

Hi. It's  PCL avulsion fracture which needs to be fixed. It's displaced and if you don't fix it, it might cause instability and early onset arthritis
