Plz help in post injury Knee MRI study.
Patient - myself 35 years, 5'6", 95 kg, no comorbidities. Incident - bike accident & right knee injury Symptoms - Swelling above right knee, weakness in lower limb, mild pain in knee, problem in walking, reduced strength in knee Initial treatment - Right knee x-ray normal, Minor ligament injury by physical diagnosis, tab Tendosan3 (1-0-1) & crocin for 20 days. After 20 days - Symptoms subsided but not cured fully, suggested for right knee MRi MRI findings - (MRI paper report attached) 1) UNDISPLACED FRACTURE OF THE FIBULAR HEAD WITH ADJACENT MARROW EDEMA 2) MILD JOINT EFFUSION & PRE-PATELAR SOFT TISSUE EDEMA. Please be kindhearted to suggest about the probable course of treatment. Regards.
