Knee pain and discomfort
Dear Doctor, Recently I got a minor injury in knee due to fallen down on the floor during my dance class. It's been a week, pain and discomfort not yet reduced. As per my family doctor (General Physician) advise I took MRI scan today and I'm attaching the same here. Kindly go through my report and suggest the next steps to recover from the pain.

Take rest Continue knee brace for 3-4 weeks Avoid activities causing pain Avoid squats and cross leg sitting for next 2weeks Analgesics as and when required and supportive medication for 3 to 6 weeks
